About Mr Anchorage

Mr Anchorage is the customer-facing business name used by Sevenfold LLC, an Alaska limited liability company. References to “Mr Anchorage,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Sevenfold LLC doing business as Mr Anchorage.

Website and newsletter content

Mr Anchorage publishes local commentary, recommendations, stories, event information, advertising, and entertainment. Information may change, and businesses, events, prices, hours, weather, access, and other conditions should be confirmed directly before you rely on them. Content is general information, not legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice.

Sponsored and affiliate content

Paid partnerships, sponsored placements, gifted products, or affiliate relationships will be identified when applicable. Sponsorship does not eliminate Mr Anchorage's editorial judgment, and no particular result, audience response, view count, lead volume, or sale is guaranteed.

Merchandise

Mr Anchorage merchandise is offered through Fourthwall. Product availability, variants, production, checkout, payment, shipping, returns, replacements, and platform-specific policies may be governed by Fourthwall's checkout terms and policies in addition to these terms. Review the product description and checkout information before purchasing.

Advertising services

Website descriptions and listed prices are invitations to inquire, not automatic acceptance of a project. Work begins only after fit, scope, timing, deliverables, usage rights, payment terms, and other material details are confirmed in writing. A separate written agreement or invoice controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

Intellectual property

The Mr Anchorage name, mascot, logos, original artwork, photographs, videos, writing, website design, and other original materials are owned by Sevenfold LLC or used with permission. You may share links and use ordinary platform sharing features. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, remove attribution from, or use the content or brand for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; impersonate another person or business; harvest addresses; infringe rights; or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services

The site links to services operated by others, including Beehiiv, Fourthwall, Stripe, social platforms, businesses, venues, and event organizers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or performance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevenfold LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the business changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by Alaska law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Alaska unless applicable law requires otherwise.
